Instructions to authors


  • You must create an account at the CMT system, in the link below. Register your name and affiliation as you want these to be shown in the event materials (badges, session scheduling, proceedings, etc.). Your co-authors should have an account in CMT also.
  • You must submit an abstract of up to 2000 characters, containing no mathematical notation.
  • You must select one Primary and (optionally) one or several Secondary subject areas. For authors of the ALIO Working groups, please select as Primary area AWG RED-M or AWG Healthcare.
  • The languages of the conference are Spanish, Portuguese and English.
  • At least one author of every accepted abstract is expected to register before the early registration deadline. No participant can present more than one abstract at the conference. The accepted and registered abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
  • Abstracts can be changed at any time until the closing date.
